On September 14th, the opening ceremony of 2024 International Pre-Master Program was held in Hangtiancheng campus, and the class meeting was held. Ma Wei, deputy director of the International Affairs Office and other related teachers attended the meeting

At the meeting, Ma Wei welcomed the students to join the Class, analyzed the current situation, encouraged them to study hard, cherish and make good use of the international platform built by BCU, never forget their ideals in their heart, strengthen their choices, and write their own wonderful chapter of life. Liu Sha introduced the one-year learning content and arrangement, examination methods and scoring criteria , helped students to understand the learning tasks and goals in detail, and launched the "100-day breakthrough" learning plan. Wang Weinan emphasized the class discipline, to the students' learning and safety. CAI Jiaqi introduced the application process of overseas colleges of the class in detail in the form of a schedule, analyzed the situation of studying abroad in various countries, and put forward suggestions for students to apply for a master's degree.

In the self-introduction and discussion session, the students spoke actively to introduce the master's major and career development plan that they were going to apply for. The atmosphere was positive and warm. Students are full of confidence in their study and career development in the senior year, and expressed that they would return to China after graduation to make contributions to the development of the motherland.

BCU has held International Pre-master program for more than 10 years, some courses are taught by teachers from the University of Warwick. This course is for junior students of all majors. Participants will get the completion certificate when successfully finished the class.Those who meet the requirements for graduation and degree awarding of undergraduate major can obtain the bachelor degree and graduation certificates. In recent years, graduates of this program have been admitted to University College London, UK, University of Manchester, University of Warwick, University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, University of Queensland, Hong Kong Baptist University for master's degree.
