On March 4th, San Marino Confucius Institute co-organized the San Marino - China Economic and Trade Seminar hosted by the San Marino Economic Development Agency. The theme of the forum is "Business Culture in China". Laura Fabbri, Director of the Trade Department of the San Marino Economic Development Agency hosted the seminar, Directors of the Confucius Institute were invited to attend. Lorenzo Riccardi, Business envoy of San Marino in Shanghai, Associate Professor Chen Jiemin, School of Economic and Management, Beijing City University, and Paola Bugnotto, business manager of CoMark, an Italian Import and Export Company, delivered keynote speeches. According to the needs of the San Marino Economic Development Agency, Associate Professor Chen Jiemin gave a speech entitled "China's New Foreign Trade and Investment Policy".
In the speech, Associate Professor Chen Jiemin introduced the current forms and platforms of China's foreign investment, and made a simple analysis and introduction of the trade development between China and Italy (San Marino), supported by data, which provided the audience with a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and policies of China's foreign trade and investment.
It is reported that this forum is one of the co-operations between San Marino Confucius Institute and the San Marino Economic Development Agency in the field of economic and trade. After that, more economic cooperation will be conducted to promote the trades between the two countries.
