In accelerating the new situation of expanding the education opening-up to the outside world, BCU actively responds, enhances linkage with overseas cooperation resources, relies on the Confucius Institute and Cultural Exchange Center, and extensively develops communication between China, Mexico and Russia on culture, art and trade. Through various forms, these exchange projects promote cultural exchanges between China and Mexico as well as Russian people, especially among young students, and this will further serve the construction of Beijing's "Four Centers".

Beijing City University Russian Art and Cultural Exchange Center will introduce high quality Russian education resources in culture, sports, art and youth exchanges, and offer Russian students with master classes, workshops and cloud classes on Traditional Chinese Medicine and traditional Chinese culture to promote their understanding of our traditional and modern culture.
