San Marino Confucius Institute's Baduanjin public welfare class opened

On 16th January, the San Marino Confucius Institute and the Elderly Homes under the Department of Family Services of San Marino Ministry of Social Health Territory opened a public welfare class of Baduanjin, with the enthusiastic participation of more than ten elderly people and many staff members.

In a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, the teacher led participants to adjust their breathing and relax their tendons and blood to achieve the effect of the Baduanjin to benefit the internal organs. The public welfare class also introduced the concept of TCM health care and tips for everyone, not only letting everyone feel the health benefits of TCM, but also successfully stimulating more people's interest in TCM, laying a foundation for the Confucius Institute to carry out TCM-related workshops in the later public welfare class.

The Baduanjin public welfare classes, which will last for three months, is the first time that the San Marino Confucius Institute launches its own series of classes with the Department of Family Services of San Marino Ministry of Social Health Territory, and it is another useful attempt of the Confucius Institute to develop its own characteristics.
