Recently, San Marino Confucius Institute welcomed Mr. Yuan Mindao, Vice President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), and his delegation. The delegation visited the San Marino Confucius Institute accompanied by Barbara Terenzi, President of the China-San Marino Friendship Association, and her party, and had a cordial conversation with the Chinese and foreign directors of the Confucius Institute as well as with the representatives of the Confucius Institute volunteers.

During the visit, Mr. Yuan Mindao, on behalf of the Association, thanked the San Marino Confucius Institute for its positive contribution to the promotion of the relation between China and San Marino, praised the volunteers for their sense of patriotism and international perspective, and brought greetings to the Confucius Institute from the Chinese Ambassador to Italy and San Marino, Mr Jia Guide, from Rome, who also conveyed the Ambassador's praise for the effectiveness of the work of the Confucius Institute.

The arrival of Mr. Yuan and his entourage has further strengthened the cooperation between the Confucius Institute and China-San Marino Friendship Association, and promoted the friendly feelings of San Marino’s people towards China.
