On June 29, the International Affairs Office (IAO) organized a term review meeting for international faculty to comprehensively summarize the teaching and cultural activities of the Spring 2025-2026 semester, and to provide important reminders regarding holiday arrangements and safety. The Deputy Director of the IAO, department heads, and relevant faculty members attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the IAO summarized the work undertaken by international faculty this semester, which included the completion of basic teaching tasks, serving as judges for student competitions, organizing English corners, and hosting public lectures both online and offline. Notably, the online public lectures this semester attracted nearly 3,000 students from across the university. Students actively participated and asked questions in the comment sections. The meeting also highlighted key tasks for the end of the term and briefly outlined the work plan for the upcoming semester. Additionally, travel safety tips were provided, reminding teachers to pay attention to notices issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and to enhance health and safety awareness for themselves and their families.

To conclude the meeting, Chinese and foreign faculty members from various departments engaged in active communication to further clarify end-of-term arrangements and ensure the smooth completion of all teaching tasks for this semester. All attendees gathered for a group photo, bringing a successful and fulfilling end to the semester's work.
