Recently, the National Finals of the 17th National Real Estate Planning Competition for College Students concluded successfully at Chongqing University. Two student teams from our university's School of Urban Construction achieved outstanding results in the competition. The team "Crazy Planning Squad" （“疯狂规划队”）won the National Second Prize in the Urban Renewal track, while the team "Star-Shining Future"（“星耀未来队”） secured the National Third Prize in the "Good Housing" （“好房子”）Real Estate Planning track.

Guided by the China Real Estate Association and hosted by the China Construction Education Association, with co-organization by Xiamen ITG Real Estate Group, the competition leverages digitalization, network, and intelligence to empower the development of new quality productive forces in the real estate sector. It aims to promote high-quality development in real estate, property management, and related disciplines across universities nationwide. The competition holds significant influence among colleges, universities, and enterprises specializing in real estate, engineering management, and related fields.
