Student Team from Beijing City University Wins the Group First Prize in the Final of the 10th China Undergraduate Human Resources Innovation Practice Competition

From November 20th to 23th, the final of the 10th China Undergraduate Human Resources Innovation Practice Competition (HRU) (hereinafter referred to as “the HRU Competition”) was successfully held at China University of Labor Relations. After competing across eight national divisions, over 1,000 participants from 100 universities advanced to the final round.

The final of the 10th HRU Competition was co-organized by China Talent Exchange Association, China University of Labor Relations, and SDIC Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. (Guopin). Pro. Wang Aimin from the Department of Human Resources, School of Economics and Management of BCU was invited to the final as the Director of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Inner Mongolia-Shanxi Executive Committee and received the Individual Outstanding Contribution Award for organizing the regional competition.

After intense competition, the 12 contestants from the Human Resource Management Major, School of Economics and Management of BCU, under the guidance of nine instructors, achieved outstanding results: they won the Special Prize in the Workplace Practice Track and the Labor Dispute Resolution Track, the First Prize in the Case Analysis Track, Practical Design Track, Leaderless Group Discussion Track, HR+Going Global Track, and HR+Employer Brand Track, as well as the First and Second Prizes in the Enterprise Trade Union and Enterprise Democratic Management (Enterprise Labor Dispute Mediation) Track, and the Second Prize in the HR+AI Track. Ultimately, BCU was awarded the Group First Prize.

This competition served as an important practice for the Human Resource Management Major in “promoting learning, teaching, and employment through competitions,” laying a solid foundation for cultivating more “HR+” interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents who can meet the development needs of new quality productive forces.
