On November 13, a delegation from University of Windsor in Canada, led by Dr. Cheryl Collier, Provost and Vice-President, Academic, and Dr. Chris Busch, Vice-President, Enrollment Management & International, visited Beijing City University (BCU). BCU Vice Presidents Hu Liqin and Wang Limin, together with faculty representatives from the School of Economics and Management, the School of Urban Construction, and the School of International Culture and Communication, participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, both sides introduced their respective universities and held focused discussions on academic cooperation. The talks centered on key fields such as business and management, civil engineering, and media, with preliminary directions for priority collaborative projects identified. Hu Liqin and Cheryl Collier signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the spot and exchanged commemorative gifts representing the cultural characteristics of the two universities.
