On June 18, the Human Resources Department of School of Economic Management and Zhonghé Yunke held a signing ceremony for their strategic cooperation agreement and the launch of the Youth Talent Empowerment Growth Research Center at the Zhonghé Yunke headquarters. Attending the ceremony were Pro.Yang Peiyu, Director of the School of Economic Management, Pro.Deng Kaiyuan, Deputy Director, Pro.Wang Aimin, Director of the Human Resources Department, and faculty members Li Longfei and Ni Chen, along with student representatives from three different years of the Human Resources program. The ceremony was also attended by Mr.Yu Qingquan, Founder and CEO of Zhonghé Yunke, Mr.Lin Mei, Vice President of Human Resources, and Mr.Liu Shang, Vice President of Market Growth.

Pro.Yang Peiyu praised Zhonghé Yunke's contributions to technological innovation and talent cultivation, noting that the university's educational philosophy aligns with Zhonghé Yunke's mission. He presented Zhonghé Yunke with a plaque honoring them as a Star Enterprise for School-Enterprise Cooperation and awarded special professorship certificates to Mr.Yu Qingquan and Mr.Lin Mei.


Mr.Yu Qingquan delivered a welcome speech and introduced the company's mission and values. Mr.Lin Mei discussed the intern training program and gave a presentation titled Preparing for Graduation Season: HR Career Survival and Development Analysis. Pro.Wang Aimin outlined the history of school-enterprise cooperation in the Human Resources field. Pro.Deng Kaiyuan shared his three expectations for students: dreams, growth, and responsibility.

During the ceremony, the two parties formally signed the strategic cooperation agreement and established the Youth Talent Empowerment Growth Research Center. This collaboration will provide both sides with significant development opportunities and closer connections, from co-training talent and co-developing projects to team creation, resource sharing, and joint technology research, thus empowering the growth of young talent and creating a three-dimensional HR + Composite Senior Applied Talent framework.
