The International Office held a seminar for foreign teachers

Recently, the International Affairs Office organized a seminar for foreign teachers. Pro.Liu Jiaoyue, Deputy Director of the School of International Culture and Communication, as well as foreign teachers working at the BCU and relevant Chinese teachers attended.


During the seminar, Ms.Liu Jing from the International Affairs Office introduced the work of foreign teachers of this semester and gave positive feedback. She praised the foreign teacher for being conscientious and responsible, ensuring the implementation of teaching tasks and achieving good teaching results. Mr. Manthorpe Stephen James, a foreign teacher from the UK, shared his experience in English teaching and classroom management. Teachers also discussed topics such as extracurricular activities and professional development, encouraging foreign teachers to actively participate in spoken English corners and public classes to provide more students with opportunities for learning and communication.
