International Affairs Office Organized the Second Phase of International Promotion Week for Korean Universities

From November 20th to 24th, following the first phase of International Promotion Week on October 30th, the Office launched the second phase of International Promotion Week for Korean universities. This event is one of the important outcomes of the China-Korea Education Forum held on November 9th. During the forum, Beijing City University reached friendly cooperation with dozens of Korean universities to jointly promote educational and cultural exchanges.

During this event, more than 10 Korean universities, including Hanyang University, were invited to the live streaming room. They provided detailed introductions to their universities, application requirements for specific majors, scholarship offerings, and student life, and engaged in interactive discussions with students online.

This promotion week received strong support from various schools, academic faculties, the Student Affairs Office, and the Students Employment Office. Students from various majors actively participated, with the highest viewership reaching 5,000 per live stream. In total, approximately 43,000 participants took part in this promotion event.

The event focuses on international higher education and revolves around two main themes: guidance on studying abroad and getting closer to international universities. It aims to provide students with more platforms for international growth and offer more services. The live stream playback and enrollment brochures from each university can be accessed through the International Office's official WeChat account Beicheng Jiaoliu Hezuo. Students can also register their interest through the account's menu, and teachers will provide further guidance on international higher education.
