The School of International Cultural and Communication received a visit from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in Germany

On the afternoon of October 23rd, the School of International Cultural and Communication received a visit from Ms. Anna Tillhon, representing the International Office of Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in Germany. The visit was hosted by Pro.Zhang Xinyuan, Deputy Director of School of International Cultural and Communication, Pro.Liu Li, Director of Department of the German, and Ms.Yu Rui, the teacher in charge of international cooperation for German majors.

Since 2012, BCU has been sending outstanding students of German major to Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in Germany for a semester-long credit course study program. Ms. Tillhon's visit expressed the desire to continue the cooperation and highly praised the students who have been participating in the exchange program for over a decade. Both parties had in-depth discussions on sending outstanding German students to BCU for exchanges and reached a consensus.

After the meeting, Ms. Tillhon delivered a themed lecture on German culture for the students of the German major. All students of class 2021 and 2022 attended the lecture. The lively speech and beautiful German language left a deep impression on the students, who gained a lot from this lecture.
