San Marino Confucius Institute Participated in the San Marino Xiamen-World Heritage Photography Exhibition

Recently, San Marino Confucius Institute was invited to participate in the San Marino Xiamen- World Heritage Photography Exhibition held in the ancient castle of San Marino. The event was hosted by the San Marino Castle Committee and undertaken by the UNESCO San Marino National Council. Guo Xiaoxia, the Chinese Director of the San Marino Confucius Institute and Karen Venturini, the Foreign Director of the San Marino Confucius Institute, introduced the history and cultural mission of the Confucius Institute, and the volunteer teachers showed Chinese calligraphy.

Dario Galassi, the San Marino Ambassador to China, Tomaso Rossini, the Mayor of San Marino and officials of castle committee attended the event. Tourists from all over the world showed great interest in calligraphy, and tried to write the words "中圣友好" and paint the mountains of San Marino with Chinese calligraphy.

 

The activity and exhibition presented the charm of “the Four Treasures of Study” to the local people and tourists from all over the world. The Confucius Institute received the invitation from the local museum to jointly carry out cultural activities.
