On April 19, School of Information Technology held a sharing meeting on "Bosch Global Lighthouse" innovation technology in 115 cloud classroom of the No.3 training building, where Lin Lihua, General Manager of Bosch Industry 4.0 Innovation Center and General Manager of Bosch Connected Industry Great North Region, shared her experience on intelligent manufacturing technology and Bosch digital transformation development. Wang Hui, Director of School of Information Technology, presided over the meeting, which nearly 100 teachers and students of relevant majors attended.

Based on the development of Bosch 4.0, Lin Lihua shared the "unique secrets" of the Bosch Global Lighthouse in industrial Internet transformation from four aspects: system, digitalization, people and environment. She emphasized the important role of ability improvement in the era of digital transformation, and suggested that students strengthen the cultivation of self-learning ability. During the interaction part, Lin Lihua answered questions raised by teachers and students in detail and gave professional suggestions.

This meeting is the first interaction and collaboration between the School and Bosch Group after the signing of school-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides will carry out in-depth collaboration in talent cultivation, student’s internship, discipline co-construction, subject research and other aspects, so as to jointly explore the cultivation of high-level applied talents with international standards and professional quality.
