On April 10, School of International Culture and Communication and Kyoto University of Information Technology held a meeting to discuss cooperation and exchange. Mr. Liu Fei, Vice President of Kyoto University of Information Technology, Deputy Director of International Culture and Communication, Dr. Zhang Xinyuan, and teachers from relevant departments attended the meeting.

In 2023, Animation program (Japanese International Course) of International Culture and Communication will collaborate with the Japanese partner university in the meetings between Chinese and foreign teachers and students of the Animation program (Japanese International Course) of 2022, the summer animation training course taught by professors from Japan, the summer "Japanese Animation Art Workshop" exchange program, the participation in the Kyoto Animation Festival, as well as the guidance for master's degree in Japanese art majors.
