On November 22ed, the 2022 Building Economic Development Forum, one of the activities in the Financial Street Forum, was held in the conference room on the second floor of China Life Building. Dr. Zhai Wen, from the Capital City Environmental Construction Research Base of BCU, was invited to participate in and gave a report entitled Interpretation of the Evaluation System of Building Operation and Management in Financial Street. The follow-up research team will further cooperate with the Financial Street Commercial Building Association and the territorial government to carry out evaluation on operation and management services of the financial street building.
Dr. Zhai Wen's report is a phased achievement of the project of Beijing Financial Street Building Operation and Management Service Rating System. This project, entrusted by the Financial Street Office, is jointly completed by Hongdiao Consulting Firm and Beijing City University. For the BCU side, Capital City Environmental Construction Research Base took the lead, with the fully supported from School of Urban Construction. Pro. Meng Yuan, Dr. Shi Yajuan, Dr. Zhai Wen, Dr. Huang Yanchao, Dr. Ma Jing, Dr. Liu Hongjie from BCU and Associate Professor Hu Rui from Capital University of Economics and Business formed a professional team, covering multiple disciplines. After several rounds of field research, discussions, reports and repeated revisions, Beijing Financial Street Building Operation and Management Service Evaluation was finally formed. The evaluation system covers a total of 150 specific indicators in four parts: epidemic-free building construction, commercial operation management, public management compliance, and flexible social governance, which is the first comprehensive building evaluation index system developed by Financial Street. In the future, the evaluation system will become an important tool to improve the level of operation and management services for buildings and to improve the level of social governance for the government.
The Financial Street Forum was founded in 2012, which is on the 20th anniversary of the construction and development of Financial Street. It has been successfully held for ten sessions so far. Since 2020, the annual meeting of the Financial Street Forum has been upgraded to a national and international professional forum. It has been included in the strategic deployment of Two Districts and Three Platforms in Beijing, becoming an important platform for the country's opening up and development. The year 2022 is the 30th anniversary of the construction and development of Beijing Financial Street. Its annual forum consists of 1 main forum and 4 parallel forums of Real Economy and Financial Services, Global Market and Financial Development, Digital Economy and Fintech (the 4th Chengfang Fintech Forum and Global Fintech Conference), Governance System and Financial Stability, with a total of 27 activities (including opening and closing ceremonies) and 39 topics.
