On September 18, the academic seminar on "Digital Intelligence Technologies and Preschool Education" was successfully held at the College of Preschool Education, Capital Normal University. Experts and scholars from several universities, research institutes, and kindergartens gathered to exchange insights on the application of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the field of preschool education.

Zhang Jun, teacher from the preschool education major from the School of Education at our university, was invited to attend the seminar and deliver a keynote presentation. With a focus on the application of digital intelligence technology resources in preschool education, Zhang Jun introduced the core components, as well as common hardware and software resources, and shared typical application cases in kindergartens. Zhang also pointed out that the rapid advancement of digital intelligence technologies has brought new vitality to kindergarten teaching and management, helping to shift pedagogical models from experience-based approaches to data-driven practices.

The invitation for our faculty member to attend and to speak at this event highlights the research strength and practical experience of our university’s preschool education major in the field of digitalized teaching. It also establishes a platform for in-depth exchanges between our university and other domestic universities, research institutes, and frontline kindergartens.
Looking ahead, BCU and the School of Education will continue to focus on the forefront of preschool education development, further integrating digital intelligence technologies into teaching and research innovations. We are committed to cultivating more professionals who meet the development needs of preschool education in the new era, and contributing to the high-quality development of preschool education in China.
