The School of International Culture and Communication has established an off-campus internship base with VFS Global

On June 28, the signing ceremony for the off-campus internship base was held between the School of International Culture and Communication (SICC) and VFS Global on Hangtiancheng Campus, with Ms. Meng Ye, Senior General Manager of Human Resources of VFS Global, and Prof. Li Jiayi, Director of SICC, signing the contract on the spot. Ms. Steffy Kelaita, Senior Client Relationship Manager of VFS Global China, and Dr. Zhang Xinyuan, Deputy Director of SICC and other related staff, attended the event.

At the ceremony, both sides introduced their situations and conducted in-depth discussions on internship programs, internship contents, internship guidance, and cultural brand activity construction. VFS Global also gave a corporate introduction and internship presentation to the 2020 foreign language majors of SICC, which received an enthusiastic response from the students. VFS Global will provide more than 90 internship occasions for English, German and other foreign language majors of SICC.
