On May 23, the signing ceremony of the collaboration between School of Education and Yudalong Primary School in Shunyi District was held at Yudalong Primary School. Prof. Xu Huangshang, director of Department of Education of School of Education, Mr. Kang Wei, Principal of Yudalong Primary School, and relevant people in charge of practical teaching from both sides attended the ceremony.

At the meeting, both sides watched the promotional video of Yudalong Primary School, which showed the teaching characteristics and the dedicated teaching attitude of the teachers, as well as the vigorous energy of the students. Kang Wei extended a warm welcome to the delegation of School of Education and introduced the development history, school philosophy, teaching staff, school characteristics and other related information of Yudalong Primary School. Xu Huangshang introduced the student population, teaching faculty and professional characteristics of the Major of Primary Education of School of Education, and clearly expressed the intention of in-depth collaboration with Yudalong Primary School in student cultivation, curriculum construction and scientific research. Subsequently, both sides agreed to promote in-depth collaboration in teacher growth pre-service education, program cooperation, project research, resource sharing and other aspects, and succeeded in signing a collaboration agreement. Finally, School of Education offered the professional internship base plaque to Yudalong Primary School.

The construction of the internship base is not only an important means for School of Education to broaden students' internship channels and cultivate application-oriented talents, but also a crucial way for the School to assume social responsibility and play the service function and radiation-driven role of the university, which will assist both sides to better share resources and jointly cultivate high quality talents for the society.
