On September 10, the Confucius Institute at University of Guadalajara successfully organized the special event for the occasion, which attracted more than 60 local Chinese language teachers and students to participate.
During the activity, the Chinese language teacher Ms. Zhao Tong gave an introduction on the origin, meaning and customs of the Festival. Then, followed by a Chinese tea ceremony, Ms. Chen Xinyu and Ms.Chen Peien, dressed up in Chinese Qipao, gave an fascinating performance of Chinese tea culture. Four local particiapants are invited to taste it on the stage. Also the exquisite moon cakes are served for the participants to celebrate this time of reunion.
