From July 11th to 22nd, the Confucius Institute at the University of Guadalajara held the Summer Camp for children successfully. 447 preschool children and primary school students from Guadalajara participated.
Before the activity, teachers prepared various teaching aids and designed curriculum activities according to the children's interests. During the activity, children aged 4 to 13 learned about Chinese geography under the guidance of teachers, learned how to count and name some animals in Chinese, listened to traditional Chinese stories, and completed works of stop-motion animation.
All the children learned actively with laughter everywhere. Their parents also expressed the affirmation of the activity, saying that the children have loved China and Chinese.
