Lecture for Confucius Institute at University of Guadalajara: China’s trade and investment policies

On April 8th, Associate Professor Chen from the School of Economics and Management of Beijing City University gave a special lecture on "China's Trade and Investment Policies" to the students from the Confucius Institute of the University of Guadalajara. Wei Shuhua, Chinese director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Guadalajara, residents and students from the city of Guadalajara  join in the lecture online.

Associate Professor Chen introduced the current forms and platforms of China's foreign investment, and made a simple analysis and introduction of the trade development between China and Mexico, supported by data, which provided the students with a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and policies of China's foreign trade and investment. At the end of the lecture, students communicated with the teacher and showed their interests in doing business with Chinese company.

Lola, a Mexican businessman, said he had trade with Chinese businessman before. Now he gets to know more about China's trade policies, which helped his future work.

The Confucius Institute at the University of Guadalajara is featured in business. This lecture is one of the special series of business workshops offered by BCU. In the future, BCU will organize more sessions on Business topics for the Confucius Institute
