Lecture for Confucius Institute at the University of Guadalajara: Business Chinese

 

On January 7th, lecturer Lu Ruichen from Beijing City University gave a lecture on "Business Chinese" to the international students of the Confucius Institute at the University of Guadalajara. Wei Shuhua, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute, students from the Confucius Institute and teachers from the International Affairs Office of BCU attended the lecture.

This lecture focuses on the Chinese words, dialogue and application in a business environment. By creating a business communication environment, the teacher guided students to use the Chinese language to conduct situational dialogue in business environment, which enhanced their understanding of Chinese business culture. At the end of the lecture, the students communicated with the teachers actively and showed their interests in business Chinese.

Sanchez said that he is currently engaged in trade-related work, and has learned about Chinese business etiquette and culture through today's lecture, and hopes to have the opportunity to work in China in the future.

A Mexican businessman, Lola, said he had trade with Chinese businessmen, and through today's lecture, he had a further understanding of Chinese business habits, which will help with his work in the future.

It is reported that the Confucius Institute at University of Guadalajara is business-featured. This lecture is one of the special series of business lectures held by BCU. In the future, BCU will launch more lectures on Business for students in the Confucius Institute.
